More space, more grace, less stress
— right this way.

1:1 Coaching

I work with a select few people, 1:1, each year. This work is a powerful soul excavation and we go deep. At the end of our time together, my clients find themselves in a place of true alignment between their outer lives and their inner most desires.

I meet my people on the verge of SOMETHING REAL. Typically, my clients have built “a life on paper” that looks great — they’ve checked all the right boxes, achieved the great accolades, appear to “have it all” … and yet.

From burnout recovery, wildly practical stress management, deep nervous system resets, to getting supremely clear on what a meaningful life looks & feels like (& how it balances out with work, success, relationships, all of it).

More than a mindset shift, I help you create real muscle memory (daily habits, actions, and decision making) around joy, ease, rest, contentment, calm, creativity, and connection.

Client Testimonials —

“I’m no longer in a state of constant burnout and exhaustion. I have a fuller cup to pour from. I’ve finally loosened my grip. Rather than chasing happiness, I’ve come to learn what contentment feels like.”

“Cath shatters the buzz of everyday life with light beams of tranquility. I am so grateful for this process of discernment, and the ability to find my center in any moment.”

40 Early Mornings —

THE BOOK! COMING SOON!

For many years, 40 Early Mornings was my signature group coaching program, where I walked my students step-by-step (& day-by-day!) through my self-discovery methodology, giving unfettered support & guidance, weekly live access to group coaching calls, and daily inspiration & instruction to discovery your own gradually growing wholeness.

At its simplest, this seems like a 40-day program to help you build a meaningful and grounding daily meditation habit.

And what my people find out when they dive in is that 40 Early Mornings is about deep connection, soul excavation, and a complete nervous system reset.

I’m not turning this work into my first book! Join the waitlist below to stay in the loop on my process, the timeline for publication, pre-orders and early access, and live launch events in the Hudson Valley.

I cannot WAIT to share this book with you.

What 40 Early Morning Alum are Saying —

“40 Early Mornings taught me that the exhale is just important as the inhale. In our world of constant productivity, never-ending noise, and admiration of busyness, learning to make room every day for an exhale has become so important for my well-being. Catherine meets you where you are.

“40 Early Mornings taught me how to hold space for myself while also holding space for others. It helped me develop healthy boundaries in my personal and professional life. And while I never thought of myself as a morning person, it taught me how much I actually love the quiet stillness of the mornings! This is perhaps something I wouldn’t have explored on my own.”

“After 40 Early Mornings, I became more understanding of myself. It made me more aware of how I operate. 40 Early Mornings gave me quiet space to realize all of the wonderful quirks which make me, me. I learned how to lean into these qualities rather than trying to change them.

Retreats

Retreats are a powerful container for change. When we step away from the day to day, our capacity for deep rest, reflection, and connection exponentially grows.

I’ve hosted them for over a decade AND acted as a group facilitator and guest speaker for company retreats and even curated retreats hosted by some of my favorite fellow coaches.

Client Testimonials —

“Her warmth is contagious. From the moment she entered the retreat space, the energy shifted, and everything felt more serene. Cath is incredibly technically skilled, but beyond that, her ability to create a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere is unmatched. She has a gift for making everyone feel seen and supported.”

“Over the past 4 years of working with Cath, I've always come to her in the midst of a transition, trying to figure out all the little steps that help me make big changes. Throughout that time she has offered endless wisdom and thought provoking questions that help me move from point a to point b with confidence. She is a trusted soundboard who has your back and is always rooting you on.”

And MORE—

For more than a decade, teaching people how to pay attention, creating and holding space for connection, presence, and self-understanding has been my speciality.

I’ve gotten to work with organizations of all kinds and sizes (from intimate company retreats for small women-owned local Hudson Valley businesses to the national conference of one of the largest teachers’ unions with one-million+ members to teaching a thousand students inside Washington’s National Cathedral and YES, even returning to my former law firm to teach mindfulness for lawyers!).

And I love being brought on to support projects like these —

  • Stress Management for Lawyers (from executive coaching, leadership development, to my 8-week Mindful Stress Solutions for Lawyers course to summer associate lunch & learn programs).

  • Speaking on topics like

    • burnout recovery

    • mindful stress management

    • meditation 101

    • work / life balance

    • mindful entrepreneurship

    • embodied leadership

  • Mindfulness-based curriculum development

    • from supplemting in-house leadership development programs with mindfulness training

    • to creating full-scale programming for a mindfulness app developed by one of the country’s leading biomedical research university labs

Have something you’d like to work on together too?

My approach.

I’m still a lawyer at my core, trained in the Socratic method and structured analytical reasoning. Which means I ask good, honest, challenging questions to help guide my clients to discover their own right answers.

In fact — even though on paper the practice of meditation seems much different than the practice of law — I see both as complementary methodologies in

Yet, there’s a warm, welcoming side to this work. I’ve become an expert in creating safe, inclusive spaces for people to make the inner inquiries and shifts necessary to BE well while they do their greatest work. I use tools, techniques, and skills that cross different wisdom and contemplation traditions, the latest workplace wellbeing data and evidence-backed mindfulness research, leadership theories, and organizational change work into a signature approach to creating space for transformation and innovation that sets my work apart.

Change (on both an individual level and an organizational level) based on self-inquiry, self-understanding, and self-awareness is my specialty. A process of self-inquiry to unpack stuck storylines, unravel habits and reactions, and make real behavioral changes.
