Some moments, some days, some events, some reckonings stop us in the tracks of our regularly scheduled program.

To check into something much deeper than the day-to-day doings and comings and goings.

So a pause in our regularly scheduled programming today to share one of my favorite, most generously moving, heartfelt practices I know.

The loving-kindness meditation, for you, for us, for all of us, today.
